Today, it felt as if time had stopped there during your visit. The whole area greeted you with a peaceful vibe, words cannot describe. I wonder, do you at times stargaze? I bet the night sky would be a stunning sight, around the areas you choose to visit! Autumn is slowly passing us by, already. I can't believe we reached November. It's that time of the year again when winter is approaching, and I can imagine the nice cool feeling as I'm sitting in my living room watching your camping adventure with the air conditioner turned on. Here in Singapore, we are battling a bit of a heat wave with temperatures up to 35 degrees celcius. Indeed do take care of your health as the winter months are setting in. Your oyako don looks really delicious as I do eat quite regularly, similar to katsu don. 😁😋
TABI-IE, may I ask one question? If you were to begin a new DIY build, what would you choose as the base vehicle, a new dropside pickup truck or a new van? There is a lot of debate about this subject among some campers. You are in a unique position because you own both types of vehicles. Your experience and opinion are valuable to the camping community. The new lighting throughout the truck is impressive! Oyako Don is one of my favorite dishes, and I am envious of the mitsuba leaves as the ones we get in California are not fragrant at all! In fact when I first arrived in California and ate what I thought was mitsuba - it turned out to be cilantro leaves!! I was truly shocked! And us viewers could see how you were enjoying your Oyako Don…even when you were worried if the topping would fit onto the rice! 😁❤
