As a first-generation Latin American, travel has played a part in helping Tefi understand her parent’s heritage, culture and traditions.
Alongside her Brazilian father and Colombian mother, she has taken formative trips to both Bogotá and Rio. But it was a solo trip to Bogotá at age 22 when she was “having an identity crisis” that changed everything.
