MADAGASCAR EXPEDITION EPISODE 1: The island of Madagascar is situated off the Southeast coast of the African continent in the Indian Ocean. Travelling there from North America is quite a long journey with several connecting flights, many layovers and no shortage of hiccups along the way! Join my companions ( @WickensWickedReptiles@davkaufmansreptileadventures @MikeTytula @ChameleonAcademy @jdfshijhawkb and Dr. Alec Brown) and I as we travel to the most magical, unique, biodiverse island on our planet! Love the format of this video! I dont have any pets because of financial reasons and busy work schedule, but I really love watching WWR dav kaufman etc on their adventures. What I particularly like about your video though is that you document the travel, problems, hassles and everything you encountered along the way and not just the glory shots of the species you find. It makes us the viewers feel like we are truly part of the adventure. Cant wait for the rest of the episodes man!

A few years ago I went to Belize and when I was coming back to the states my flight back to Dallas was delayed 2 hours and my flight from Dallas back to California was delayed and kept being canceled and changing gates for an entire day. So I spent the whole day at the airport. I admit I love being at the airport because I really enjoy traveling but the airport overstayed its welcome. Regardless with all the unnecessary obstacles traveling presents itself with it is still the best part of life and I wouldn't trade those experiences for the world. To answers Adams question how many hours can you spin in an airport sane is 3-4 hours then when you have to spend overnight and sleep in the airport it's a different story. Airport seats are so uncomfortable and I feel like they did that intentionally but I honestly don't know why.

Haha no worries at all! We’re all quite patient and it made for a more interesting adventure! Honestly, as stressful as that can be for passengers, I have a lot of patience and understanding when it comes to crying babies and small children on planes. I can only imagine how frightening it must be for an infant (loud noises, altitude, pressure, etc)!

I went to India and we were on a plane with layovers for 42 hours , it never got dark on the way over to India in our planes cuss we were always headed west, they had to shut the blinds on the windows and turn down the lites to simulate nite time ....I didn't sleep for 24 hrs , first time for everything for me . Wud I do it again ? PROBABLY NOT! LOL
