Hey Rollettes & Rollers,
I'm back with another travel vlog and this is a fun one. Since Lonnie broke his foot, it put a damper on a lot of our summer plans. We basically couldn't go anywhere...lol. However, now that he's doing better (his foot still is not completely healed but he can walk on it), we were able to take a trip to Boston and Martha's Vineyard and we had an amazing time.

Love you guys….and I have been subscribed forever. This had to be one of my favorite videos. I love Boston. My husband and I made a trip of it quite a few years ago now. We didn’t go to Martha’s Vinyard, but did go to Nantucket…so beautiful. Got so excited when you drove by the Omni Parker House, as that is where we stayed. You guys are so much fun and just great people. Oh, and your bathroom looks amazing. Can’t wait to see the finished product. Have an amazing week.

@@RollinwithAnita Well, we weren’t aware of any “scary” history, probably for the best. It had to be at least 12 years ago that we were there. It definitely is an old hotel, but we found it to be rather charming. Now, I would much rather stay in the hotel you guys chose.

Ive always loved meeting new people and learning about their lives but this world is cruel and has unfortunately turned me extremely anti social. I’m too afraid to talk to anyone, in fear of them not giving off the same kindness. You are such a beautiful person and really give me hope that maybe I can try meeting people again ❤

Hi Danielle, thank you so much and I completely understand how you feel sis. The world can be extremely cruel and you don't know how someone will react from one moment to the next. I'm a people person and have always been that way since I was a child. So, talking to people for me is like breathing, it's just a natural instinct. You just have to remember, that there really are more good people than bad and like I always say, showing kindness to someone doesn't cost a thing and could actually help change their mood. You can just start off by saying hello and leave it at that. Have a great week sis and TFW!

I so loved this video! I was supposed to go to Martha's Vineyard this summer and had to cancel at the last minute because my husband got sick. I lost my money but you helped with this video. It looked like I would really enjoy it so I will try again next year,🧡🧡

Hey Anita and Lonnie!! Loved this travel vlog, our new neighbors are from Boston and have invited us to visit before they relocate to Colorado permanently, I have always been hesitant because of the lack of diversity. Martha's Vinyard has amazing African american history dating back to the 1600s.

I live in Boston I’m so sorry your eating experience it wasn’t all that great… from the looks of things you didn’t come in the hood but I enjoyed you Video and I have gone to the Vineyard and stayed several times, I wish you’ve gone just a little ways down the street the Slades in the food would’ve been better.

Martha’s Vineyard is definitely on my list; Boston, not so much. 😮 I want to go next year for the African American Film Festival. I believe it’s the 1st week in August, primarily in the Oaks Bluff area. I know it’ll be hella expensive during that time, but I feel it will be worth for the vibe during that time. I really like how that tour was setup. You had plenty of time away from the group to explore on your own at the various stops. Great vlog! Thanks for taking us along.

Thank you and that festival sounds awesome and yes, it’s definitely going to be expensive at that time for sure. Because it’s an island like Hawaii and everything is hella pricey…lol. We really enjoyed the fact that it was the end of the season and wasn’t crowded so, it was easy to get around. Boston was nice too but they can keep that food…lol. TFW! 😊💕😂
