Been to that beautiful Dumaguete City...attended trainings/workshops/ conferences at Siliman University...met intelligent, talented & friendly educators, scientists, mentors there....missed it...

In addition, @3:05 tricycles are more locally referred to as pedicabs.. and yes, most of them can fit comfortably up to 8 regular people including the driver. Also, If you have luggage (or boxes), you can mount them behind the passenger seat which the driver will secure with a rope. Nonetheless, locals will still understand you if you prefer to use tricycles. Have a great day! :)
