hi i'm from Brussels and it really is a blast, recommendations for during the day is definitely " mont des arts" it's where she was in the video and other fun places for a tourist is the " grande place" and "bourse" it's always fun there. And if you wanna go out at night bars are usually open until 2 am around " bourse" wich is the city center you have a lot there's even a big Irish pub right in front of the bourse and also the streets are just a party you meet a lot of people everyones drunk or just really happy, although i'm not so sure now with corona but in a monht or two it will probably be back to normal.
