The flight price depends on the time you are traveling, meaning if it’s high season you will pay more than traveling during low season. High season is anywhere around summer May through end of Aug and around Christmas time in December. The other times maybe considered low season depending where you are coming from and going. So far I have travelled British airways from Kenya to London ( Heathrow airport) is approximately 8 hours in the air then from London to USA another 8 hours in the air. I also travelled Emirates airlines from Nairobi to Dubai ( DXB airport)5 hours then approximately 13 hours from Dubai to Washington DC USA. It’s much longer. Both flights were awesome. Emirates serves food all the time which is included in the ticket. I also flew Air France connecting through Netherlands ( airport in Amsterdam)then Nairobi. So on price it depends with the season , with Emirates you could pay up $2500 in economy during high season and about $1200 during low season. British airways you could pay up to $900-1400 low season to $1800-2200 during high season, my prices are based on traveling between Nairobi Kenya to the United States in economy class. I loved the emirates luggage allowance, I hear Qatar airlines have huge leg room space for comfort in economy class but haven’t tried it, if you travel Qatar airlines you will connect at Doha airport in Qatar, British airways connects from London ( Heathrow airport and Emirates connects in Dubai. American Airlines is good if you have less luggage, Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
