Hi. It looks like you had a good time but did you get out to St. Lawrence Gap. The road you were on is the nightlife Centre of Barbados. It’s here you’ll find roadside restaurants like Daddy’s where you can experience local foods and drinks. Too bad if you didn’t as you can meet people from all over the world. My wife and I have been to Barbados over 65 times and thoroughly enjoy our times at the local restaurants where we meet, eat and drink with all kinds of people.

Hi! Thanks for watching! Do you mean downtown or just outside of the resort? The resort is in St. Lawrence Gap. Normally I do love exploring outside of the touristy areas but if I'm on a resort i typically stay there. However when we went diving we did go outside of the resort but didn't spend anytime there other than diving. We did a historic tour that was further out as well but again we were with a tour group that just hit those spots for the tour.

@@famoushollywood and that’s why we don’t recommend the AI resorts as you don’t typically go outside to see what else there is on the island. You missed out on so much of Barbados.

@brenthotham9610 We did go out of the resort but it was just a personal choice to stay at a resort.
