On December 30, 2023, a few days before the new year began, I signed up with a travel agency to hike the terrain of Mt. Pinatubo all the way to its crater. It is a promise fulfilled to my early-2023 self, as one of my bucketlists was to travel solo. Now, I won't be keeping my trip to this breathtaking destination for myself. I am sharing this wonderful experience with you through this vlog.
Mount Pinatubo is an active stratovolcano in the Zambales Mountains, which are situated in Central Luzon on the northern island of Luzon, Philippines. It is the tripoint dividing line between the provinces of Zambales, Tarlac, and Pampanga. Fun fact, most people were unaware of its eruptive past prior to the early 1991 pre-eruption volcanic activity.
