Wow, what a thoughtful and brilliant idea! I can't even afford a $5 Patreon membership at this moment in time, but if my financial situation improves, I love the idea of donating money for Jacob to rest. As much as I love his daily uploads, Jacob works SO HARD and definitely deserves more days off than he allows himself!

Jacob, I came across another content creator that suggested when he takes a necessary day off to rest or be with family ; he is going to do a repeat older video that didn't do as many views as current ones ...some of us haven't been with you since beginning so wouldn't that be a great idea on an older one ..maybe one of your favorites ..and it would end up getting better views and more comments plus we can see how far you've progressed ..and you would benefit from a days rest or 2... As a viewer for awhile now, I try to look up older videos and enjoy them as well as current cause you are a great guy and your videos are super fun.. Plus it's hard to keep scrolling backwards to check out the older ones .you can watch a video but then it goes back to current videos... So look it as all of us benefit from it.. Why not think about it and ask your fans in a poll or on a video?? Give it some thought please and you are welcome from one of your #1 fans Denise ..❤

That being said, I feel like you're being too hard on yourself to produce content every day. Make sure YOUR needs are being met first (physically, mentally, emotionally, socially). Only Jacob could be jump scared by a mannequin in historical museum. But since all of the those buildings are original and historic, I wouldn't be surprised at all if at least one of them is haunted.

We stopped in Fort Benton a couple years ago just for a random walk around break. They have great storyboards down town and I learned it was once known as the bloodiest block in the west. The old hotel that sits on the river has some very interesting history also.

Jacob, Please don't do that to yourself. For as long as I've been watching I have yet to see a dumb Carpetbagger episode, and I honestly don't think you have it in you to do one. For real there's no other channel that I actually look forward to as much as yours. The Upper Missouri Museum made me think of a song called "Cold Missouri Waters". I'm most familiar with the Paul McKenna Band version, but it is a good deal older. It tells the story of a wildfire in Montana from August 1949 and the outcome of the response as one of the survivors named Dodge is on his deathbed from lymphoma a few years later. The pilot who dropped the Smokejumpers passed in 2009 and another survivor only passed 10 years ago

Fun fact about the rainbow fish buffalo. It was vandalized at one point! Someone put a big hole in it. The artist was kind enough to repair it. I’m glad he did because rainbow buffalo is one of my favorite art pieces in town.

Fun Ride-a-long. All those burning flames along the roadside at the end there. Looks like a waste of energy. Looks like they could harness that for something productive. ( I know thats burning off dangerous gases, methane usually. )

Since you are coming back to great falls, do the buffalo hunt. There's the interpretive center and Russell museum. The Fort Shaw museum, explains about the fort and the best native American girls basketball team in the nation .. Don't forget havre under the city in Havre...

I'm so glad you're back to your earlier uploading time. Messes my whole day up when your videos don't go up until 10 am, lol. Who needs to go to haunts when you can get jump-scared by mannequins in a museum? 🤣 As much as I joke, I'm easily startled and would probably be spooked by unexpected mannequins, too. I think the oil of sperm probably came from a sperm whale. Their giant heads contain a waxy substance called "spermaceti" which was used in oil lamps, lubricants, and candles. Those were definitely some amazing museums, and I really appreciate you making your day longer by visiting them! I genuinely look forward to your videos every morning, seeing places I'll probably never have the chance to visit in person. Looking forward to tomorrow's state fair video!

One of you truly great videos. Loved all the content, museums were so interesting. We dont have anywhere in the UK, from south to north or east to west as long as the distance you dove today. Your road are so straight you'd need to stop to rest or be brain dead in no time. Enjoy the state fairs and take it easy for a bit.

Montana is my favorite place of all the places I’ve been! Last time I was there I stopped at Mt. Rushmore on the trip out and it was a little underwhelming on the way up to the monument but once there it was pretty dang cool! I did a 400 mile cycling trip in Montana and the small towns are great!

Great Plains Dinosaur Museum in Malta Montana has the most complete mummified dinosaur ever found. The Brachylophosaurus named “Leonardo”. Sad it wasn’t opened & I looked it up to learn this.

That old 1920s town reminded me of the Harold Warp Pioneer Village in Minden, Nebraska. I'm visiting in a couple weeks and I wonder if I'll get scared by as many mannequins as you!
