Traveling Alone for Self-Discovery

After becoming a workaholic and having no personal life for years, in June 2023 I decided to leave New York City and start traveling alone in the hopes to learn more about who I am.
I wasn't sure at first where I would travel to, until I took a DNA test and found out I have heritage from multiple parts of Europe, Brazil and Africa. This inspired me to travel to every single country my family is originally from in order to reconnect with my roots.
Today's video shows you several moments as I prepare to travel solo for the first time and to find my ancestors. Stay tuned for the next episode where we go through our final preparations before heading to our first destination: Europe.
