Oh and my question you know who the outdoor boys are and Lucas from Alaska do you know who the Summers of Alaska are they live they live in the North Pole do you know who Cecilia is she lives on Island that's by the North Pole that's why I'm asking if you know who they are
Jonathan, I want to express my admiration for your fatherhood. Not every father can dedicate so much attention to their kids. The way Granite asked if they could watch Stranger Things demonstrates the respect your child has for you. Your consideration of the late hour, responding that it was already midnight, reflects your care for their request
Most 7-elevens in Hong Kong should have microwave in the store, but microwave in hotels seem pretty rare; so you might want to microwave them in advance at the 7-eleven. Better lukewarm than cold (I can't imagine what a frozen siew mai tastes like 😂) And also for the seaweed wrap, the package should have some numberings indicating how you unwrap it. It's a bit tricky, but afer successful unwrapping the seaweed would cover all of the rice, and people eat it like a sort of "seaweed dumpling". But I think it tastes alright nonetheless without the seaweed.
Your true teaching spirit shows in how both of you interact with your children....I bet your students love you... your videos are examples of how good parenting should be...all parents should take notes....♥️♥️♥️🇺🇸
Just got back from HK last week. You guys should get octopus cards, it's a must in HK. Also google maps is very useful, especially the transit mode that will tell you which public transports or any combinations of them to use from point A to B.
always happy to watch your videos. you two are awesome parents and your videos are so wholesome. Not to mention you have so much respect for different cultures....... great example for your children.
Thank you for visiting my hometown Hong Kong with your family. It’s amazing to see how all your kids love to travel alongside with you and your wife and open to trying anything new with you. I was about to have a heart attack when you guys ate the shrimp siu mai (dumplings) ice cold just like that though. 😆 As for the chicken leg, I would next time boil some hot water and fill the sink up with that. Then let the package soak in that hot water for awhile in order to heat it up. 😊
The kids and parents looked very excited about HK! I would be too! Great experiences with different foods! Yor kids are delightful, and Forrest stills the show with his dialogs! ❤
Next time when you visit HK again, you can consider to get a transportation card, called "octopus card". You can use it not just to pay transport fares, but also pay the bills at restaurants/ convenience stores. To get the octopus card, u need to pay for the deposit and top up the amount that you need. Once you finish the trip in HK, you can just return it back to the customer service at any train stations to have the deposit back. 🙂 The shrimp wonton you had is called siu mai, one kinds of dim sum. It was funny to see how you ate it without heating them. And the chicken 🍗 is already cooked. But you need to microwave them 😁
Welcome to Hong kong, i just came back from indonesia last month also flew by Cathay pacific, in hong kong you should visit, the Peak,Giant budha,Tai O to see the pink dolphin,Disney land, Ocean park,Stanley Market, mongkok market ,enjoy and have fun😊
Those wantons and chicken are suppose to be microwaved, dont know if u can eat it raw. That spicy noodle granat got is dang spiccccy at least for me, that noodle kelly got is probably those mala numbing spice noodle kinda weird tasting but some ppl like it🤦♀. Keeep up the adventure!

I used to live in Indonesia and I would be so excited to transit in Hong Kong it’s a favourite of mine “! Please have a great time in Hong Kong☺️😊 Have fun with the kids!!! Can’t wait for your next video!
Actually there is microwave in 7-11 stores you can use for reheat the chicken leg. By the way, the chicken leg is not raw but needs reheated for much better tastes.
Welcome to Hong Kong. You guys are amazing, I watch your travel vlogs with my boys and I am amazed how open your kids are to try new things and how well behaved they are. This it because of your both good parenting ❤ I love your family keep doing more vlogs and share your family positive energy to all of us 🤗
Hong Kong journey.....nice! Good vibes, always looking forward watching you guys adventures. Should try Hong Kong authentic brunch meal, which is DIM SUM. Really delicious yummy
I used to stay at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile when I was a kid back in the early 90s! I would stay there for the entire summer while visiting relatives in HK. Glad they updated the rooms! It looks fancy! Don’t forget about the rooftop pool! The kids would love it!

I like how in the start of the video, both parents are worrying about Forest's passport and stuff (and I laughed when you guys said a "future us" problem 🤣🤣), and forest just like "DADDY DADDY, YEAAAA TRIP LETS GOOOO" 🤣🤣
The “fish with cheese” is a kind of fish cake. Not sure if you can eat it like this but we usually put it in steamboat. 😂 The second one you tried is siew mai. Edible when frozen but not great, definitely want to steam it. Didn’t get a good look at the chicken but HK is known for “waxed meat”. Their waxed duck is amazing. Its cured so not raw per se. Just super salty. You’d definitely want to steam it, drain off all the salty liquid & eat it with lots of rice.
We thought WOBLEY LEGS OF FOREST WILL NOT OCCUR AFTER A LONG VACATION IN AMERICA😂😂😂😂 SO CUTEEEEEE FOREST AND THE REST OF THE KIDS🍭🍰🍡🥨🥛🍩 WE MISS THIS SCENE WHENEVER YOU TRAVEL😂🎉🎉🎉
Welcome to my hood! Thanks for taking your lovely family with you this time Johnathan! Please let me know if you need any pointers navigating HK, especially local cuisine and dai pai dong (food stalls)
Haha I almost forgot, gotta take the kids to Ocean park to see the panda! There’s also plenty of islands around that you can take ferry to. Cheung Chau, Lamma Island etc which you go to the same pier in central. There’s also a huge musical festival this wkend in HK called clockenflap and it’s not far from the pier. HK also got a lot of hiking trails if you are interested! Would definitely recommend the Lion Rock which you will see HK and Kowloon in a glimpse!
At 25:21 that yellow food call siu mum. It is traditional Chinese food and also one of dim sum. The correct way to eat was using microwave and put some sourse on top of that ( 7-11 provide microwave and sauce that as well ) Hope you enjoy the trip in HK😊
The 7-11 chicken leg you can microwave it in 7-11. The back of the package has the heating instructions. Also, you can add water for your noodles and get the spoon in 7-11. Sorry for my bad English.
Hi from Perth, West Australia. Great video. You all seem happy to try new/different foods. I was just wondering if you have tried Vegemite, Tim Tam's, or Burger Rings?
Hey, the chilled fish meat siumai and the chicken leg 🍗, although already cooked, they are supposed to be reheated with a microwave. But still kudos to you guys for your taking the initiative to try out food you don’t fully know. I don’t have half of your courage with street food when I was in Thailand or Korea!
welcome to heung gong! i recommend going to ocean park, ngong ping 360, Tai O, watching the noon canon near causway bay, tai kwun (old governor house), tai po railway museum, hiking on hong kong island, Aberdeen(hong kong chai), victoria park, hong kong central library. btw, intresting fact: HSBC is from hong kong wish you have a nice day! errors: 10:13 its is mass tranport railway(MTR) , not MRT #STANDWITHHONGKONG
nice vlog! i love hk beside singapore. nice country but a little bit too crowdy, struggling to sleep (bedroom is really small!) & there's no food better than indonesian! haha looking forward to the next vlogs! stay safe guys!
Oh no, those yellow Sio Mai of Dim Sum shown at 24:57 need to be microwaved before eat. They have microwave in the 7-11 store. Can not be eaten directly from the refrigerator.
I recommend get a hk octopus card at the airport can use in all transit system in hk even buy food at 7-11 can be top off there all food in 7-11 are cook not frozen but better heated but price is high 240 hkd is too much hk inflation for convenience.
