have you read the Parasol Protectorate series by Gail Carriger? it takes place in Victorian London with vampires, werewolves, and ghosts, then the main character is "soulless" which makes her immune to the effects of the supernatural creatures. her love interest is a big, broody alpha werewolf from Scotland and their romance is so good, especially in the first book

I feel like salsa roja chilaquilles are what I know and love but salsa verde does things to me that I can't describe. The mix is kind of glorious and I wish we mixed salsas on more dishes because you can never have too much salsa
