Hey Lindsey, not sure what the rules are now in terms of the beaches as we were in St. Lucia back in November I would definitely adhere to what there government website currently says as things change constantly. I think by December of 2021, things will be a lot more open so you should not have any issues visiting the beach.

Depends on your reason for traveling. I am not a big beach person and the restaurant on the resort was good enough for us.

Unfortunately not. St. Lucia have a handful of all inclusive resorts but they are a little pricey.
