I think you can ask the flight attendants for water, but if you can carry it, it needs to be in small quantity. My sister use anything you think will work for you. I used baby carrier cos that’s what I have been using. I am glad this video was helpful
Good day ma Please I have a few questions to ask When your visa was approved, did you make an appointment with vfs to submit your passport or how did you do? Are we going to be submitting my passport and my son's passport separately How was the passport delivered back to you I would be glad if help me shed more light on it
When my visa was approved I got an email from irrcc and being that VFS uses UPS, my house was stone through from UPS office so I submitted there. If your approval came in for you and your son at the same time please submit it together to minimize cost. Since your son did not do biometrics, he may have to pay transporting fee alongside the ups fee but you will not. VFS will keep sending you update on the passport once submitted. Please ensure you write a valid email on the passport data page photocopy. You have the option to pay VFS to have it delivered or go pick it up. The picking up is not for the faint hearted but you will survive. Congratulations 🥰

I saw that my baby was allocated one 23kg. But when I went to the airport Egypt air told me she is not supposed to have a full 23kg. There was a lot of back and forth at the airport. Just check with your airline to be sure.

I am glad this was helpful. Babies from 2 years up may have to pay for a seat, which means they are entitled to 2 23kgs and hand luggage. Please check with your airline for confirmation.

Okay, so it depends, I did not carry food though. The best way to pack food is foil and cling film depending on what you are carrying. This is to avoid spillage. Please carry tissue and wipes as well for unplanned spillage. Just ensure you carry a meal that will not get bad. Also, get your baby his/her favorite snacks and for yourself too. The journey is a long one

Thank you for watching. Children below 2 years are not allocated seats and so not entitled to the 23kg luggage. Some airlines may give room for baby luggage so you have to check with the airline first.
As long as the baby is more than 7 days old. However, the health of the baby should be considered first. I will advise flying from 3months. Also check with your desired airline for baby policies
