Join us this week for a REAL, RAW & HONEST episode! WE disclose all! Plus we show you some awesome FREE CAMPS heading from HAY, NSW to the BIG SMOKE of Sydney Australia. Thanks for watching!
Hey guys. While we all love watching your adventures, if you miss an episode here and there no one is going to mind. Don’t let the RU-vid situation wreck your life. Have fun, relax and enjoy your time on the road. Good luck 😊😊😊
Fully agree and I have no idea how you two held your family together with three young children on the road. The city snowflakes have no idea of the concept that you guys so stay strong and you’ll come out the other side and raring to go going forward. Good luck to your family teaching your children life lessons.
🎉 Lovin your family all the time just so natural and you both show us how it works on the road full time around Oz with your babies in tow.. I agree just keep a couple of your special moments of fun and laughter either to your self's, your for us on U tube. 🎉 Do you. 😄
Please don't feel pressured to post on the socials or do weekly RU-vid updates. We were two adults with no kids or dogs (or social media commitments) and travel fatigue is a thing (not that there's much sympathy from family and friends at home). Enjoy your precious boys and your time together on the road. We'll all be here waiting and being 100% patient until you do ❤
Hey guys, gosh your episode this week really hit home hard. Parenting 3 young kids is hard enough let alone being in confided spaces, broken sleep and no one but yourselves plus filming, editing and socials. Thankyou for speaking openly and being honest about the realities of life with kids. It’s really hard. My heart broke seeing you both share, I was feeling your struggles. So so happy you guys were able to switch off and recharge (if only for a moment). Stepping back from the tube will do wonders. I will cherish each video you put up🥰 for now take the time you need and know we support you either way! Xx
Well done on everything you guys do. I look forward to your weekly episodes, Do what is best for you and your family not for everyone else. 5 stars to your parenting. The boys are getting the best life and education. ❤❤
I watch very few Aussie channels. Only the genuine ones like yours. I think you need at least a week off once a month to just be together with no pressure. Can't wait to see what you guys think of WA. Pretty sure you will love it. Take care.
We did videos with a dog and it was hard. We've got a kid now (let alone 3), and couldn't imagine how much harder it would be. Any content is appreciated. Not worth overdoing it at the expense your mental health. Good job guys
Your honesty, natural presentation, and your ability to show real emotions, are some of the factors why you are loved by the RU-vid caravan and travelling community. I really enjoy watching your experiences, your family interactions, and the fact that you manage to always laugh, share humour, and keep a positive outlook on life. Just wonderful!
Thank you guys for your honesty about travelling life. We are a semi retired couple and we still find that some days on the road can be testing, so I can imagine with 3 active little boys you are constantly on the go. I'm new to your channel and have been enjoying flicking through your videos. We have got some great ideas for camping in the East (we are from the West) when we head there in 7 weeks time. Some great places around the midwest (where we are from) include Greenhead, Milligan Island, Knobby Head, Wedge Island, Grey and Lesueur National Park at Karda Campground. Enjoy the wind, it keeps the flies away!!
Two mature young people. You are keeping it real. Family life can be taxing with small children and added to that you are on the road full-time. May you receive many blessing🙂
I had the privilege of meeting you guys at the Brissy van show. I absolutely love your family and your adventures. Post whatever you like whenever you like i'll always be an avid watcher. Stay safe, but stay happy. 👍😃
Guys, truely honest, we all enjoy your vids maybe back the issuance of content back a bit, BUT, take care of yourselves, you are the most important part of this , will continue to support you with your endeavours
Gday guys, honestly, your content is great for a genuine Aussie family to get out and travel. Forget about committing to a weekly episode on RU-vid, and just upload them when you feel like it. Your subscribers will still be there whether you upload weekly or not! Enjoy quality time with the kids and yourselves!! Hopefully we cross paths in WA on our trip, coz it would be great to say Gday! Cheers guys….. TIGHT LINES😂😂
You two are absolute legends. Don't feel bad about stepping back a bit. We often wonder how you do it. We love the vids and the honesty within them. It's been awesome watching your family travels. Already dreaming of our own truck.
Hey Guys....so glad that you are not so burnt out that you are throwing in the towel. We love watching your adventures on Friday night with a little something to drink. That being said, you have to keep yourselves mentally healthy to raise that crazy little family of yours. Do what you need to do to keep yourselves and your family healthy, and we'll keep watching for your episodes no matter when you post them. Cheers
You have done more than enough to share your awesome travel adventures with everyone.now this is all about you and your family to enjoy your time together and not to worry about anything else but yourselves. Its great to share your holidays and to please others but you have to be true to each other and and chill out guys, don’t stress, alls good.take time out coz you have been more than fair for all you do, best of luck, cheers !!! 😊
We genuinely enjoy travelling australia with our boys and also sharing our adventures (: we will continue but we need to find a better balance (: appreciate your support 🙌
Put your mental health and family first. When you are ready, do it all again! Eagerly await Elanya's gourmet cooking segments in the future. All the best to you and your family
We are a nana and pop of 4 grand children from 9 weeks to 8 years across two families and know full well it takes a village to raise a family. You have 3 in one family in a caravan. That has to be the hardest time you. What a fantastic experience and memories you are making for your family ever day. Hats off to your nana n pop for jumping when needed to give you the break and refocus when much required. In the end you have created wonderful adventures and memories. Christmas is coming, a time to take a break to be with family. You do the same as all other families Cheer, Merry Xmas. We love you guys. Thanks so much for your content here. Sylvia and Ian New Zealand
We really love following you on your journey. Three young ones do make it challence for you thats for sure. We went on holidays with three young one too but on sealed roads in NZ and one a week at a time. Far cry from your adventures. We wish you all the best for your next ones
Just do what you need to do to keep your dream alive Don’t feel like you need to post an episode every week We’ll still watch no matter how often they come out. Had a little chuckle when is saw the pirate 🏴☠️ out again 👍👍 Cheers guys enjoy your week
Love your content guys and the fact you took time out for you. You can’t be good parents if you aren’t taking care of yourself too. It’s a challenge to recognise when to take those breaks and even admit you need them. It’s great to share the real stuff as well as the highlights. Can highly recommend cruising for families too. The kids have a ball at the daycare they have and you can spend time together too without having to decide what to cook for dinner 😂 To be honest we don’t have time to watch an episode every week so we get to them when we can so please don’t feel that pressure is there for weekly. Love your stuff guys. Hope to meet you on the road sometime.
Hats off to you guys. Not only you are putting yourselves out there, you guys are doing a amazing job. RU-vid or no RU-vid I know your lives will always be full of adventures so keep on enjoying what you want to do. You guys are so natural which we all love. Safe travels.
Hey Elnick, I've been a long time follower watching all your videos, dont feel pressured at all to keep the content rolling in for us. We will always be supporters! Keep putting yourself and family first, now you know the signs this shouldnt be hard. I'm glad use re kindled the spark ha ha. Keep up the great work and appreciate all the hard effort you both go to for these videos. Cheers, Will
We have been part of your family for ages , excited at seeing a new episode , followed your informative journey and loved the kids participating in adventures. We noticed some time ago that you were jaded so the decision to take a break fits with all your viewers . You owe us nothing - but you owe yourself rest time . Will miss the chaotic cooking segments and sometimes blackened end mess , but alas eaten charcoal went to new levels . Love to all Malc and Jan - Echuca Vic.
Life with young kids is tough in the comfort of our home! Let alone on the road. The noise bounces off the walls...100% you guys are troopers. Hope you can find a way to have a season of rest...maybe you can get on a housesitting website and housesit for someone in Aus somewhere for a few weeks?
Guys we just did a lap of Australia as retired grey nomads and we stayed in Hay a couple of months ago. I can fullly understand the difficulty a young couple would face travelling with small children especially not having a family network around them, We spent a couple of years living in South Africa at your age our kids were probably a lttle bit older than yours but it was still hard. Looking back we now think of it as a life experience that we would never change. Safe travels we have a similar sized van and I love your truck but being poor old pensioners we will just have to stick with our Jeep to pull it..
Thanks for that. I could say a lot, in my opinion, but my short opinion is that you'll be OK. I'm a subscriber so two weeks between VLOGs is fine by me. Cheers, Stu
That’s why all of us love watching you guys. Keeping it real and we will be following regardless of wether it’s weekly or fortnightly or whatever you decide. We love you guys and keep safe ❤
We watch your videos every week and throughly enjoy them, but each time we tune in my partner and I frequently say to each other we don’t know how you put a video together each week with what you have on your plate. Don’t be afraid to back off and do what you need to do to enjoy your lifestyle Cheers from Niels and Dani
You guys rock, don't beat yourself up raising kids is full on, in years to come you look back and laugh till you cry. You both are doing a great job and as a team you're the best . Keep following your dreams and do what you think is right for your family that's what's important.
You guys are the best. Take a break when you need it, not going to lie, but would miss you all a lot, its the highlight of my Friday evening. But do what you need to do and hopefully one day will get to meet you on the road somewhere. Glad you had a break for yourselves you deserved it. Look forward to next week if you feel like it, love to you all❤❤❤❤
Look after yourselves. We enjoy watching as you are real. Plus for those whose kids are grown it brings back memories of our own from dealing with kids and their adventures.
You guys are awesome & you shouldn't feel pressured to do weekly RU-vid videos or any other social media. I'm sure your followers will still follow along no matter how regularly you post. Enjoy your time watching those precious little boys of yours grow with every new experience you give them. Do what's best for you & your family. All the best & safe travels ❤❤
3 kids are easily 4 times harder than 2 kids... and add in so close in age. You guys are legends. I have a saying that always helps me out when times are tough of my own making. 'If you're going to be stupid, you've got to be tough'. Try it, helps me out so often 🙂
Glad yas aren't throwing the towel just yet, we travelled Oz for 1 year and definitely gets overwhelming at times. U tube simply wouldn't be the same without your down to earth, funny, entertaining, adventures. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.no pressure and tight lines 😉✌️🍻
Yea, the thing about ewe guys is that you’re honest in the presentation you give each week, and the misses and I always look forward to your postings. However, to commit each week is a little over the top and we don’t know how you do it, instead of weekly, one post every fortnight, or month is ok with us, we enjoy watching the growing up of your lads, including the tantrums as kids are kids, don’t pressure yourselves, remember you travelling to get away from that kind of pressure, just do once a month is A OK, you have a following, and enjoy.
Ya just bloody legends ! Often thought what a great job you do traveling with three small kids. I have had burn out myself from too much work and know how you feel. Thanks for sharing your travels with us. All of us out in RU-vid land want you guys to be happy and enjoy your wonderful boys. You need some self time to catch up, Take care.
Thanks so much Hamish! We will be continuing as we truly do enjoy travelling and creating memories with our boys and having the videos there to look back on and share (:
Hi Nick n Elenya and boys, thank you so much for your honesty and when you talk it is like you are in our lounge to talking just to us 😊 Congrats on your break, it is well deserved and to be honest the boys probably enjoyed a break from you as well (talking from a mother’s perspective). They would have loved time with nan n pop. I loved nan did cooking with them, your way. Can I ask did your mum burn it 😂😂😂 ❤ Remember you need to look after yourselves and totally understandable if you need to go back to fortnightly uploads. Xxoo
Hi guys, even though I look forward to your adventures especially with your adorable kids (can’t believe how quick little Ollie is growing 💗) don’t make a choice between clips and your happeniness together, that the most important thing. You two are so real guess that’s why I love you guys, please put the clips last. Just look out for you. Lots of love to you all ❣️
Just do what you feel like when you feel like and avoid the cities. Great to see you doing your thing. Thank you for sharing from one fellow traveller to another. 🦋
Hey guys l have been following you since you started l nearly sh….t myself thought you were done glad your still traveling I love watching your boys grow up love little Ollie is the cutest Totally understand your feelings it is exhausting traveling sometimes you need to have a break Happy Travels ❤❤
Just watch your latest episode. Was so great to hear you took a break from the kids and took some time to your selves. You guys crack me up every week and I really enjoy watching you. Safe travels to WA and if you are close to Perth would be great to say hi. Don’t feel pressured to upload every week. Take the time for your family. Kids grow up so quick. And they smile of Oli’s is infectious
Great honest video, must admit it's the first iv seen from your channel. We had the exact same issue when we were on the road. Ended up simplifying our video production and filming. It's a huge amount of work that goes into RU-vid compared to an IG page. If we do return to youtube itl be purely for our own enjoyment and not get caught up in the "work". Huge effort from you guys to pull off the RU-vid whilst having 3 kids in the van. 😊
Hey guy's love how honest and real you are. Don't ever feel bad for taking time for YOU. The one thing I've learnt in life is that whatever you do, you have to be happy 😊 We love watching your family travels and your boy's growing up
Elnick, We audience members certainly do enjoy watching your family's adventures, but only you know when you need to take your breaks away from YT and take those breaks often. We audience members will be here waiting patiently for the next videos that you upload. Fantastic to hear you took a cruise for yourselves. Happy that the grandparents and grandkids were able to have a great visit as well. Australia has Halloween too? I thought that was just a USA thing.
I'm a full time Aussie nomad too, been living in my vintage caravan for the past 4 years. I just came down from QLD to Vic and coming through Sydney from the Central Coast I actually opted to take the tunnel bypass route just to avoid Sydney traffic! I totally get the burnout... ive had it frequently too including today when the transmission on my truck fried and seized up 😢 The highs are super high, but the lows can be absolutely crushing!
Watch a lot of these type videos and we don’t see that part of our country much. Hay is my hometown originally and I’m heading back on Nov 21 after 23 years in Brisbane. It’s a nice little spot down at Sandy Point, before the campers moved in it used to be popular with younger locals when the pubs shut at night through summer, and by day all the ski boats launch there. Subscribed.
Awesome guys, watching from nz lived in WA for 12 years awrsome place. Will enjoy watching yoir vids when u get there. At the end of the day youll do whats right for you guys.
How lovely, you have got three gorgeous kids! Just watched for the first time your video. You guys sound like you're being wise; it would be hard work doing all the youtubes. Breaks and step backs are part of the story and gives you fresh vigour for continuing the journey.
Ditto as all those below. You guys are Fantastic !! You Tube in 7 days, 10 days or 14 days who care. We will be biting our nails for the next Elenick Adventures. But if you stop then we will all miss you. So Take your time, enjoy life so we can continue to enjoy your adventure. Cheers and stay safe.
We faced the same dilemma so nowadays we just pick a location and stay in a hotel or airbnb. The constant thinking and planning sucks all the fun out of everything. Even just planning what to eat 3 times a day while moving around can be stressful enough on its own.
Just stumbled across your videos. Loved watching and hearing all about your journey. If it gets too much, consider outsourcing the parts that are dampening the fun. For a small fee, there are people able to whip up and edit your videos in no time. Have fun
Yes it’s something we have thought of however we genuinely enjoy doing it (: we just need to find a better balance (: thank you so much for your support 🤠
Gday, As a content creator I know exactly how you feel and its not easy but its bloody enjoyable at the say time but there needs to be a balance, keep up the great work mate , Cheers
Like the other Mick said , we love watching your videos and love having them every week but if you have to make them fortnightly or thrice weekly 😂 so be it. Your sanity and relationship for both of you and the grommets is the most important thing just don't disappear ❤
Hey Guy's .Only watched a few times but it must be hard with such a young family so take time out for looking after yourself. We can wait for your vid's .Take Care
Absolutely love how genuine and real you guys are. Just reading all the beautiful comments we all appreciate you guys big time for bringing a smile too our faces every Friday arvo. ❤ But exhaustion and burnout is real !! So happy you both had a very well deserved rest. You guys are amazing parents with 3 beautiful bubbas 🥰 . Thank you for everything you guys do and we look forward too more neat adventures. Safe travels, take care, and remember too always put yourselves and little family first.💞🤗
Thanks so much Raquel! We have some beautiful people following our adventures and supporting us! Such a lovely community of people (: we appreciate this kind message so thank you! (:
Hi Guys Telling the truth is hard at times. But hey it's the truth & it's what happens. Your having a great time ( we are so glad you saw you needed a break. Thanks for sharing when the Kids grow up I will make it easier. Love all your adventures most People cut them out No fun there thanks so so much stay happy Cheers
I have always wondered how you guys managed to do this. I know how much work it takes to put together a video and doing that with three small kids means you are both amazing.
I think the comments in this post show how much people support you mob… keep doing what makes you happy and people will tune in when ever the episodes come out!! Also in my house growing up if you threw a footy (of the Sherrin variety) you had to do push-ups! So seeing that footy flying around at the start I was counting them all up 😂😂
Love watching your family and your adventures. You have to do what is right for you and what makes you happy. You don't want to keep putting pressure on yourselves. I can't even imagine how hard it would be living in such a small confined area with 3 young kids and having to keep an eye on them constantly when outside. It's a great life you are giving them. Do what is best for you and your family. 🥰
U guys should try find some temporary station or farm sitting as u travel.. Tht way u will have somewhere to stretch out for periods of time.. Awesome set up tho.. Can't wait to do th same!..
Love your videos guys and with the 3 boys i under stand got 2 under 2 and thats hard at time. Just injoy your travels if your get the time make your videos ill keep watching all the best 😊
You are amazing. Keep well. You are doing a great job raising your boys.We are in WA at the moment and loving it. Would love to catch up along the road if we can.
Oh gawd love ya guys ❤, we are so happy to hear that you realised what went wrong and that you both went on an Elenya and Nick break away😊, do what makes you guys happy. You are great parents and it would be hard with three littlies 😊 Lyn & Bob
As much as we love watching and laughing our heads off at you guys , just take a break and refresh from YT , you don’t need to put out a vid every week , Rather you guys stick around for a bit than disappear, love your work , cheers
We love watching your adventures. Appreciate how hard it must be with the boys. I love your parenting style,it’s similar to how we raised our boys who are now 27 and 31. You are both doing an amazing job raising brave, resilient and get out into the world human’s. Keep it up 💕💕 .
We totally understand glad you took time out for your selves . Love your RU-vid adventures. It must be so hard doing what you do with 3 kids. We find it hard with a dog (Rottweiler) when we travel . 😅
