Travelling on the Ouigo Valladolid Madrid, the low-cost double-decker train 

Join us on the new Ouigo Valladolid-Madrid-Alicante! Trainvelling took part in the inauguration of the low-cost train and in the premiere of the liberalisation of regular passenger transport in Valladolid.
In this video, you can see what it's like to travel on these double-decker trains (Alstom's Avelia Euroduplex, class 108 in Spain) between Valladolid Campo Grande and Madrid Chamartín.
This Ouigo route was inaugurated on 18 April 2024 and entered service the following day. It has two trains per direction per day between Valladolid and Madrid, one of which continues to Albacete and Alicante.
