The main reason why middle names are optional on Visas is because some nationalities have no middle name, add to the fact that VN (or whatever country you are going to) is not an English speaking country.
Sobrang spontaneous nung vlog parang feeling ko pati ako kasama. Ang dami kong natutunan and feeling ko magiging confident na ako if ever matry ko magtravel internationally. More more travel vlogs pa poooo
As a general rule, when applying for visas or travel permits, you should put your name as it appears in your official passport i.e. middle name included
Thanks for sharing your travel experiences. Enjoy and safe travels po
hello 🤗 new subscriber po ako...I like how you do your vlogs kasi itinuturo mo talaga kung anung nangyayare pati yung issues na naeencounter nyo and how you are able to solve it. as a Travel Agency owner share ok lang na all your travel documents (E-tickets, Visa, Insurance) have to be printed out and your names on these documents have to be exactly the same ng nasa passport nyo not only for consistency but that's how the airline and immigration checks/verifies your identity. Flights with layover are cheaper (fare) but you have to make sure na layover times are not too tight (short) to have time to resolve possible issues especially for first time travellers to the country...3 hours is ideal between domestic layovers and 4 hours for international flights. Thank you Mel for your informative vlog. ---May Cruz (Mariflor Discutido Cruz).
Thanks so much. Important and helpful tips that will save travelers a lot of trouble and STRESS - Especially for a firstimer like me. Traveling to HCMC sooon. Safe travels! 😊
Since you’re always traveling, why don’t you purchase Pokefi? That is pocket wifi that you can use anywhere in the world. No need to buy SIM card whenever you are in a foreign country.
That’s the proper way of traveling , meaning "travel light “! That’s what seasoned travelers do ! Go,go,go ! 👍Stay safe and always keep calm ! Thank you for this vlog .
Just one tip: In occasions like what you went through, just be calm and collected. Alam ko na kinakabahan ka, pero if you appear to be nervous this may send the wrong signals. Baka maging suspicious lalo na sa Immigration. Tip lang naman.
Dapat whatever your name in the passport yon din gagamitin mo sa visa application para no hazzel. Also, when you pass immigration don’t show your nervous because the officer can see that in your action, just act natural wala kangginagawang masama. Advise ko yan and believe me you. Continue to be safe. Enjoy Vietnamen nice country.
Your passports, ID and Visas have to match your name. Full/First name, Middle name(or initials) and last name. So kung first name + middle “initial” +last name ung passport= ID & visas should have the same. If first name + middle “name” + last name ung passport== Dapat Ganun din ung ID & visas. You also need to make copies of all your documents. Leave a copy at home with a trusted person, bring one on hand with you and one copy with your companion. That is if in case you lose your documents (hopefully not but in case) you have someone at home to send you a copy or you have a copy on hand for use to ask for help at the embassy to get your documents reissued.
Kung balak po ninyong mag stay muna ng 4 days sa Vietnam and then tuloy na kayo sa final destination nyo, let's say India, ano po ang ilalagay nyo na "country of destination" sa inyo pong departure card, as part of your travel declaration, Vietnam po ba or India? Salamat po sa sagot.
@@gowithmel salamat po sa info. So, kung connecting flight lang po ang pagka punta ng Vietnam, tama po bang India ang ilalagay as your country of destination?
Love ko ang style nyo na traveling light😊 Ingats lang palagi, if nsa tama nman lahat ng paperwork, tickets, you have an official ID etc nothing to worry about. Safe travels lagi, very enjoyable and educating ang mga vlogs nyo, love it!!

It is sad that you have to bring documents to Philippine BI to get out of the country to travel. The caviat to that is when you get to your destination Immigration officer will put you on red flag when you’re on a tourist visa. Your intent for a tourist visa will put the IO under suspicion that you are in the country to work with documents on hand which put the traveller inadmissible to the country.
Except Canada to US may US immigration na sa airport ng Canada. Kaya pagdating ng US ok ka na.
Hello. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Last year nung nag Boracay ako kasama ang jowa ko, vlogs nyo po pinapanood namin. This year naman mag-iIndia ako, kayo pa rin pala ang magiging reference ko for my travel. Please keep vlogging and thank you po sa lahat ng effort.
If you're going out of the country, it is advisable to bring the original hard copy documents especially if you are a foreign to that country. 🙂 Cheers to more travels

Kc kmi po nong nag tricity from Bangkok to ho chi Minh khit nag bus kmi eh need bumaba ng bus to get visa from immigration then sakay ulit ng bus.. Then manila na.
Hi! I just applied for Indian E- Visa and I forgot to include my middle name. May chance pa bang ma approve? The website is confusing. Kasi sabi Given names as in passport. eh ang passport naman ng Pilipinas hindi naman magkasama ang Given and Middle names, so Given name lang ang nilagay ko. Mejo nastress out na ako 😩😫
I love the vlogging style, what you see is what you get. Walang sugar coating. Thank you ulit
New viewer.
Some of my Visa doesn't have middle name on it, and it was fine... now I'm a little bit scared LOL, but good thing I saw this vlog, I would know what to do next time...
OMG!!! I’m so sorry you felt frustrated sa airport experience ninyo, I hope they explained before everything else yung reason bakit kayo pina standby kasi SOP yon. Anyway, the waiver you signed is an indemnity form for the airline kasi magtetake sila ng risk to fly you to India, in-case kasi na marefuse entry kayo sa India or as we call it INAD, the airline will be held liable for the penalties by the government pati your immediate flight ticket out of India. I’m hoping maging very happy yung vacation ninyo sa India. 🌝🦋
@@dantorres506I am surprised to hear that you can check in on the gate. Local or international you have to go thru security with or without a luggage to check in. It do not expedite your way to boarding gate when security is compromised.
@@gardenrxpert6573 I did not say you won't go thru security. What I am suggesting is that the airlines should not require passengers without check-in luggage to first go thru the check-in counters to check their papers, they can do this at the boarding gate. Besides, immigration will also check the papers of each passenger. This will reduce the line at the check-in counters.
yes agree. the reason lang na optional sya is to make the space not required for those na walang middle name. so they can still proceed without filling out that part of the form.
Hi sir! Sa Philippine immigration po ba dineclare nyu na mag cross country kayu sa India or only Vietnam lng destination nyu. Im also planning to visit India but not sure pa if mag di direct ako or dadaan muna via Singapore or Malaysia. Sana kapansın nyu po. Tia❤
Hello there! But if they ask ofcourse kailangan po ideclaire. Kung may visa at return tickets napo kayo, no worries na. 😊
