Travels with the Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm 

I spent 10 years on the harrier circuit on all 3 SHAR squadrons but back in the 80's, we didn't have video recording. It's great to see the flight deck again and relive the daily activities, brings back to life the old memories. Thanks a lot for posting this.

You guys need about 100 of the FA3 model to fill the spaces on those 2 new carriers. A carrier wing of 12 F35B and 50 FA3 is a force to be reckoned with as opposed to just having 12 f35

Can someone help to explain what is carried on the 2 outer pylons? They look like rocket pods but RN Harriers are for fleet defense so CAS with rockets are not their role. The 2 inner pylons are clearly the auxiliary fuel tanks. The Forward Centre pylon looks like a 500 pound bomb. Is that right?

This av 8b can not retierd from uk navy because this fighter can be air battle field support troop on ground.. This fighter can landing and take off vertical and can stand in 20 meters from s ground and make circle 360 degree around and shoot the Cannon and rocket and rudals, its just become air battle tank to support helicopters fighter and cargo and tank on battlefield on ground..
