"That is one sexy bug" I missed Travis and Laura sitting on the same side of the table. That and Travis' high pitched freakout during Session 0 was hilarious to watch.
this was my very first live dnd play of theirs as a new critter and i had a blast. this was such a good way to get ppl interested in the system. the way chat ERUPTED in ooohs and aahs and cheers whenever the art was revealed
I watched the One-Shot first, then the Player build and Daggerheart mechanics introduction and have to say that knowing the mechanics now makes this even more enjoyable to watch and follow. The platform is host to an amazing range of character player types and who better than voice actors can bring these to life before our eyes than the incredible Critical Role cast and their storytelling prowess. Daggerheart promises to become this generations inspiration for imaginative gaming and story telling that D&D proved to be for previous generations. I want to add my enthusiasm in support of more Daggerheart One-Shot or campaigns with the Critical Role cast and guest players. I am certain the fan-base will swell as Daggerheart becomes beloved by all the fans discovering imaginative RPG adventures.
Truly absolutely cackling when the livestream was happening and Taliesin did that laugh. Superb-rivals Stephen Fry's most dry and insincere characters at the best of times. Heaven.
Please guys, continue the story. I'm always intrigued by the banter and the visuals and in dept feeling placed within your united telling of the stories. Like with the reading of books, if I can visualize what I'm reading, it becomes more interesting. Thank you all for what you bring to entertainment.
My thoughts on what their dnd class/subclass would be: Sir Dante- battlemaster fighter Pango- Giant Barbarian Xarlo- Nature Domain Cleric Kexon- War Magic Wizard Bunnie- College of Valor Bard Sweetpea- Arcane Trickster Rogue Oppy- Wild Magic Sorcerer Thoughts?
I love the variety of character choices in Daggerheart. So tired of the same old humans, elves, dwarves, etc., even though those are also options. Let's liven it up a little! And there's no way more races won't be added the farther DH goes along! Rock people! Bird people! Fire folx! Plant persons! Let's have it all!
Sorry to keep commenting, I should try to remember all my thoughts and leave them in just one, but I have cheese for a brain. I just wanted to say: look how excited and happy everyone is in this adventure! Daggerheart, compared with D&D, just seems to invite playfulness. I'd love Critical Role to dispense with D&D and just tell Daggerheart stories from now on. And I bet that's exactly what their plan is.
If that's the plan they might have C3 as the end of that Universe them playing innit.. Maybe that's why they are dropping sm lore atm because they want to cement on how it all started and have a conclusion within all three campaigns having corelation to each other and be done with it...
They played the open beta of dagger heart the upcoming game darrington press is launching soon, they put up two or three videos about daggerheart as well
