Facts at 12:07 whats makes My Eyes such a great listen is not just the second part but the both coming together in reflecting on his life. The first part talking about wealth, living vividly but with a sad, drowning tone and in the second part, the Astroworld tragedy, his struggles with relationship and yet the beat is bombastic, full of energy. It's arguably Travis best song

I disagree with Delresto I just hate the production. Topia Twins is honestly s good song with Travis and 21 but I hate Rob49s verse is so garbage that him being placed before Travis and 21 ruins the song
I think meltdown vs skitzo is a good matchup but I would’ve picked skitzo too. I think I might’ve picked telekinesis over sirens! 😅 I love sirens though.
Confused why Topia Twins is getting so much hate from these guys. It’s honestly one of my favorites and love the ending to that song where Travis finds a really clean pocket and spits.
I think telekinesis and gods country can be argued but definitely not fein. Fein is another song where the production carries and carti has yet another verse where he’s screaming one word. He continues to disappoint, but I did enjoy trav’s part.

I don't care what anyone says, I think the 21 verse on Til Further Notice was great and fit well. That combined with the James Blake excellence, the unreal closing verse from Travis, and the tip top Metro production, it might be my favorite off the album
I mean, it wasn’t bad, for me it’s a good song, but nothing special, 21 verse wasn’t his best, still really good, but we know he can do better, Travis wasn’t even trying antil his last verse, that was fire and rob was mid, his verse had no rhymes and didn’t sound so good, but yeah, overall I still like it, but definitely top 3 weakest song on the album for me
All I can say is that I don’t care if modern jam is structured better or whatever, i skip it usually, it doesn’t matter how structurally great it is if you are not playing it
Bro IMO Topia Twinz is amazing. The only reason its so low is because of its contenders. I think is an amazing song. I love the hype, even if the verses weren't the best it still is the most hype song for me.
facts Thank God literally goes so hard. Hyaena is hard but the vibe and instrumentation of Thank God is on another level. Not to mention, the chorus is so catchy.
I'm absolutely thankful for finally having someone who appreciates the importance of the first part of "My eyes" as it deserves. I honestly also couldn't seem to see it through the first listens because of how spectacular the second part is, but the more I got to experience it the more I was able to understand it and I felt so stupid for not having appreciated it since the beginning. It makes me so emotional for personal reasons and is now a huge part of what Travis Scott's music means to me. I adore it.
MODERN JAM PRODUCTION CARRIES!!! Now I will say that it has grown on me but only slightly. I’ve listened to it around 10 times now and can’t see what lou sees in this song whatsoever.
the thing that was so striking about modern jam to me is that Trav and Teezo were fr experimenting on that track and Trav rarely does anything super experimental. because of that, its one of the tracks i return to most
Am I the only one who doesn’t get their obsession with Modern Jam and Sirens?? Not that they’re bad songs by any means (although I’m really not a big Modern Jam fan), but for them to be so emphatic that they’re two of the very best on the album I just don’t understand it really
It’s funny the songs like topia twins and meltdown or fein are all loved by the Astroworld fans. But it’s the other songs like my eyes, modern jam, till further notice that the old Travis Scott fans see his creative ability ♥️
My eyes is one of if not the best travis songs. The production is insane the verse is insane and the lyrics also have meaning. it's everything a song needs to be.

@@cr_cinskapolivka7950 Skitzo is top 3 on this album bro. Probably second catchiest song next to I Know. Then travis Scott's multiple verses across multiple beat switches in the end. It's way better than his weak ass verse at the end of Meltdown "They talking scarface I'm that I'm real life" just kills the whole vibe. Doesn't rhyme with anything. He's rapping slow ass hell right here too.
I might be basic but my top 3 tracks are TELEKINESIS, TIL FURTHER NOTICE & THANK GOD. I also replaced MODERN JAM with ESCAPE PLAN & replaced I KNOW with MAFIA. totally improved my listening experience and saved the album from 2 skips in my opinion.
@@ramheader4635 I KNOW sounds like some shit travis did in 10 minutes while he was half asleep repeating the same thing over and over. MODERN JAM is boring after the first hook and the beat was cartoonish and boring as well. The better versions of both those songs were on the Dystopia EP

Hot take but MODERN JAM is the worst song on UTOPIA imo. The beat is all drums, hardly any melodies to it. And Trav’s rapping isn’t remotely close to as fire as a lot of his other verses throughout the album. And Teezo sounds so out of place on it as well. This track sticks out like a sore thumb on an otherwise amazing album.
