Feel like he misses the battles using him more than the actual character. He had to dumb himself down and hold back so often that it looked like it was starting to hurt him
Now in C3, I kinda want Ashley to be the one making the incomprehensibly joyful noises reacting to Ashton’s rages while Travis sits there chill as fuck.
@@JustinSIsTank Or even better, all three of them get hype, until eventually the entire party's played a barbarian, and all battlecry together EVERY. SINGLE. TIME
@@shickey74 playing a low intelligence barbarian now and I definitely feel that pain. Had multiple times I had to make suggestions "above game" because I knew my character wouldn't have those ideas
Travis the friendly giant. Obsessed with Laura (look at his gaze when she comes back from The Game Awards), epic excited and supportive with everyone, particularly Ashley. Ya love to see it.
I'm straight as an arrow but I have such a man-crush on Travis. The dude's the complete antithesis of what people think he is by looking at him. He looks classically handsome and jacked and like a stereotypical "jock" but he's probably one of the kindest people I've ever seen in the entertainment biz and he's also an extremely talented VA. It's no wonder Laura fell for the guy. Being a big dork doesn't hurt either. I appreciate that he genuinely dislikes when people just assume what he's like because he's a big guy. I've loved this guy's work ever since his great performance as Mustang in FMA.
The way Taliesin plays barbarian makes it difficult to hype him up. His reactions are very understated and his subclass is confusing. You can see that Ashley and Travis were hype in the beginning but then there was a point where they literally said “I don’t know if thats good or not. Should we cheer?”
