My husband and I just purchased our first home close to one year ago and we live in CA. If we were in Texas, I'd definitely have you as an agent! Porcelain tile in these cases of modern elevation homes tend to attract this continuity, if this was a more traditional feel, brick or farmhouse a wood tile would be more appropriate.
