Love your videos, I have the light kit coming for my bronco in the next few days. I fitted my ess duel onto the front battery tray, it fits pretty good. Held down with a battery strap
Hell yeah man!! You will love the light kit. I almost put my ESS exactly where you're describing! It would do really well there, and help keep the nose down on those steeper climbs... The only reason I didn't is bc I wanted to mount mine high. I run through some creeks at times, and want it as far away from the water as possible. 👍
Highly recommend sir, you don't be disappointed! 😎 The best part is you just turn it down or off if you want to crawl in silence... Only downside is that it's not technically waterproof, so that is something to keep in mind if you do a lot of river or deep creek crawling. 👍👍
I'm running a Fusion 1800kV brushless motor/ESC combo... As for the sound kit, it's completely stock! Just using the sounds it came with. 😁 At the time of this video, however, I was still on the stock Traxxas motor and ESC. And yes, it is a 1/10 scale.👍
I wish mine worked that wel. I just installed it into my 79 bronco and it's not working properly. When I start up the truck the sound automatically starts and I can't seem to calibrate it with my controller. been trying for hours now. Any thought on what may be my problem?
@@GlennBoB1969 oh don't be scared! It's only a few steps. 😁 Just follow the steps in this video and you should be good! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ix-J85uRFjE.html
@@WeissRC just tried that and it didn't work, but then again it seems i son't have the same hardware as used in the video. my receiver has XL5 HV on it.
I actually wanted to do this, but as I recall one of the wires was too short to reach the receiver... otherwise yes, that would certainly be doable! 😎🤘
