DIY step by step ride height modification using stock components for Traxxas LaTrax Rally
Some basic tools are required for any skill level at this point.
Here we will be using the stock shock towers for this Mod.
After removing the original shock towers, make two holes directly above the factory screw holes. Remove any surrounding plastic around the new holes, in order for original screws to mount flush.
When Repositioning both front/rear shock towers, rotate towers 180 degrees (upside-down) facing original mounting position.
Reinstall suspension components and body mounts, then proceed to adjust the shock positions for your desired ride height.
