My old mojave exb and my xmaxx are my go to rigs. So different in driving styles but each are sooo fun to rip

Rpm plastic is real soft & needs captured hing pins, we used to do it for the bigger bearings but now traxxas comes with the big bearings

@@earlmoorhead5555 right they do because i just got my xmaxx last month and does have the oversized bearings, I actually only did threaded hinge pins in the front( rpm HD hubs front and rear)and of course I land hard on rear and snapped that pin so going threaded hinge pins in rear as well but no breaks on any hubs yet..🤞

@@Jayski2 the rpm fronts used to pull out onto the hub to c-block pin that goes top and bottom, the pin pulls right threw the plastic. I ran them when released on both xmaxx’s and first run on both cars pulled out so I went metal on the front to solve it, luckily I haven’t had that issue on the new version yet

@@Jayski2 I used the cheaper eBay one from 4 years ago no longer listed but the new ultimate xmaxx uses them

The standard xmaxx is the one I run the most and having it down sucks 💯
