This car is super fast and well made but I really regret getting it. It's handling is abysmal I think of that 380 brushless motor like a pendulum swinging every time I take it out and notice the massive body roll. The tires that come with it are too hard for touring tires and too grippy for drifting tires this in turn makes the thing Impossible to drift and impossible to corner flatly with. I of course got all sucked into buying two 11.1v cells and after having it like that for a week I real
Did your body designers use any reference photos while working on this? I realize it takes time and money to license a Subaru or Mitsu body, but at least get it right if you plan on doing your own thing! My biggest question is why the rear has so much overhang? I believe there is nothing mechanical there? It looks like you took a Losi micro rally body and made a bigger one. I'm most frustrated by the wheelbase not being compatible with real rally bodies. The wheelset is spot on at least :/
I hate to say it, but Rally is usually almost %100 off road :l Name fail by Traxxas. But i guess Gymkhana wouldn't be a practical name. But rally is worse.... If Traxxas were to put there suspension system in a 1/18 or 1/10 touring car, they would dominate, I think this system deserves alittle more then a Gymkhana basher
It looks nice but, I think the whole Mini E-Revo platform is beginning to get a litte over used. I think it would have been a little nicer if they created a whole new chasis rather than use the same E-Revo platform. All they did was change the body mounts and change the tires and A-arms. Anyone agree?
@makcc11 Tell you what, how about you send that thing over here if you think it's worthless. Besides, I didn't say it handled like a real car.. I said it had realistic handling, like it doesn't feel like a pan car on steroids.
@CanadaBud23 dude tell you wat to do since you an expert on "TOY" cars tell 1 of your friends to buy this car from me......solved and this car doesnt handle like a real car...dmass
