Traxxas Rustler transmission noise, diagnose part 1

What rims and tires are those I like those. I have the same exact Traxxas rustler for my son. Ended up switching to 2s lipo 6500 got the pair brand new for 29 bucks off Amazon and it made it a lot more Peppy. When I had got the truck from my friend I got it for free I had to get a new battery I went with a nickel metal I did not have a lipo charger at the time I spent almost 40 bucks after tax for a 4200 mAh nickel metal. Lipo is definitely the way to go

Hey pretty dirty in there bud, A tip for these diffs in these traxxas types... clean and degrease em out and use tamiya anti wear grease on everything in the diff coat the gears pins and it makes them run real nice almost like a oil filled diff. 👍 Beauty!

Roll pin broke on the input shaft. Tra9494 is the upgraded pressfit gear on the input shaft. Just fixed this on mine

So my rc car is making the same noise but i cant find the problem I tried opening the gears and there was nothing so can you guys help

Nice wheels on that Rustler. What brand/type are those?

My rustler drives forward fine but when I go In reverse it makes that wining noise help
