Im holding a five foot extension camera mount with my right arm with the hand grip of it being balanced under my right elbow (to help steady the camera) while holding the controller and driving with my left hand. Im sure you understand being a “RC RU-vidr” also! It is definitely not the easiest thing to capture the angles I attempt in my videos while dodging trees with the faster rc’s and to not trip myself in the process especially when I get the “forward” driving angles since im driving towards my camera means i have to walk backwards while filming and driving one handed.(dodging debris and trees) I really appreciate you asking since its easy to not realize what it takes to make some of these close up 4k videos of these cars in motion while in these woods. @@deanmachinerc3258 Dude i fell twice recording my slow crawler LOL . I have a 3 foot selfie stick that screws onto my Gimble when i remember it. I also have a big mic on a little tripod i'll use for slow crawl shots. Found a great spot a block away. Throw my rig in backpack and walk across the street an up the hill behind a church. Great spot in the woods too i am going to make some Trails i think. Starting to think i should have gotten the 2 speed with the 370, but i like the slow crawl. Next one will be faster. I watch this guy, He skateboard, drives, and records fast RC. His last one with a Firetruck was Epic, with slow motion. No Music. :) www.youtube.com/@SmithfieldWheels
@@JamesDirtRC yeah man I knew you would understand! The new stick I have is harder to use than my short one but it gets nice close up shots easier. I love to film on the trail. I need to take my gear with me to the local new bmx park near me. They spent thousands on these amazing bmx ramps and obstacles. Yhere is another spot I trail at that follows a creek and I am sure to get some cool shots there too. Slow motion and music is nice. I have considered it but I also like to let people hear and see my rigs in real time which helps in purchase decisions sometimes especially if a rc is loud or has metal gears. I like that you went with the single speed 370 as its much More reliable with less points that can be an issue. Your C24 is great. ☮️
@@JamesDirtRC yeah thank u for always being cool! I think the reason I like the MN999 Land Rover so much is the fact that the drive system is simple and should not cause too many complications if I had to replace a part. I feel like simple is better if I can have a similar fun experience with a single speed RC opposed to a complex multi speed gearbox than its a win!✌️👍
