The biggest issue with them is their proprietary nature, when most of manufactures would use xt 90's or EC5's in this type of boat. There is nothing special about the traxxas plug that makes it better than those, just a way to get you to buy their batteries. Their prerogative, still not a fan
@MarksAultimateRC yes and no Yes it's a design to keep you in their system just like any company does. No because it makes it easy to plug and go across multiple platforms.
@@MarksAultimateRC . I get it. I live in FL boats are just life here. But I'm a Harley guy too so I visited the Harley museum there too once years back. 8 had a good time in Wisconsin.
You have to shorten the heat shrink on these adapters a little bit at the trx plug side. Because the problem is, their to thick. It's a nice boat, have fun.
