Hi everyone
Today I am finally, gonna fit some of the upgrades I’ve got lying around, for the Traxxas trx4m Defender.
In this video, I’m going to be installing inner Fenders, I found on Amazon, and the carbon fibre battery tray from injora.
It’s time to finish off these builds, and get that final look I’m looking for.
I have ordered a whole bunch of miscellaneous aesthetic extras, to fit on the defender, bronco and Chevy k10
So over the next few videos, I will be personalising each vehicle to my tast!
I’m really happy with the end, result after fitting the inner fenders, and the carbon fibre battery tray.
It’s really tidied up the truck, And of course like always, at the end of the video, I will leave you with a short run around the backyard course.

I swear your reading my mind. Just last night I was looking at my sons defender and thought about inner fenders. Now I’ll get to see how they fit and work in the field before buying them. Well done bro and thank you for another helpful post 👍

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it bro. I believe they have had a short appearance in one or two upgrade videos but it was a good while back! I will make sure to incorporate them in one of the next videos 😅 There are two of them, they are cockatiels, and their names are Toki and Coffee 😉

They looked great fitted Ryan. What sort of maintenance do you do to truck after running in the water, please Ryan?

It's really starting to finish off the look I wanted for the defender. I got a whole bunch of cool stuff for it the other day, so they should be a new video coming soon as well. The best maintenance is preventing having to do it all the time! But after running in water I will make sure to open the axles to check for water, if there is no water I will just read grease and close up. All the bearings, are like spraying them with a bit of WD-40, and if I'm going to run in water quite often I will put grease all over the bearing to prevent them from rusting. But seriously a little bit of WD-40 goes a long way. Just make sure to get it completely dry once you finish crawling, and then lubricate to all the important joints. But I don't recommend running too often in water. And if you are build one truck specifically for doing that. I hope that helps bro

Any problems with that servo in water? They said it’s not water proof? I just got mine and this makes me feel good

I have now tested three of my rigs, with the same servo! and I ran them all in water, with absolutely no issues so far! I don't recommend submerging it but running in shallow water where it gets splashed or even submerged for a second hasn't caused any issues yet!

@@cesarhidalgo23 bro it was for me too! I didn't get mine close to water because they weren't waterproof!! And when a friend from the United States came over he told me that he had submerged he is a few times with no issues. So I thought I might as well give it a good test 😅 Everything else about these servos reliability, performance ect is excellent in my opinion, so you did a great purchase! 😉
