Nice video thanks! I put a MOFO RC TorqueBeastX motor in mine and it really added a lot of speed and power still using the stock esc. I have upgraded the drivetrain to all metal gears and drifeshafts but stock ratios. Just adding the motor it is almost too fast for indoor use.
Yes, that's a great way of looking at it! Twin vertical shock absorbers at each corner, the body shape...it really is a little Clodbuster, but with only one motor.
I think the clue lies in the '87T' on the motor. It seems to me that the manufacturers have made a misjudgement when it comes to speccing the motor. Brent'll sort it easily, and this thing will be awesome fun! Then, years later, the original motor will come in handy for a crawler project.
You took the stickers off the middle section? Personally I think they add to the monstertruck vibe, I’d leave them on. And I’ve noticed on some videos, like this one, it squeaks a lot? My other 4M’s don’t do that, where does it come from? Tires, suspension, something else?
@@AdventureTimeRC Right, thanks for the answer! So it’s the tires, good to know it’s nothing too serious. And as for the stickers, most unboxing videos I saw had them all preapplied out of the box, that’s why I was wondering if you took them off.
@@AdventureTimeRChaha you just got it and already ordering upgrades, I like it. Love the channel btw, you do a lot of cool custom stuff. Unfortunately I have to wait a month or so till I get my own MT, preordered it but I’m in the Netherlands so it takes a bit longer.
@TheDutchTommyD thank you very much I bet shipping does take a long time there I don't understand why rc companies don't do a better job of distribution overseas seems like a huge market they leave out and I don't understand why they charge so much money for rc overseas some of my friends tell me what rc vehicles cost overseas and I'm shocked
Its traxxas worse truck one of few not so great rc but mostly Traxxas is spot on i own many of their products Losi monster truck is dope though i love all trx4m but im not buying one of these ill pass.
