I run 7.4 volts on my xrt receiver with no problems. It's a myth that that people that don't know and just spread without experience.i have run my on 7.4 volts with my max6 for over 6 months with no problems.good luck.
Hey mate, you really need a rear motor mount / support. As soon as you land a jump your motor will flex that mount. I run 800kv in mine with max5 g2 with m2c motor mount and found you really need to suport the rear of the motor with a motor that long and heavy. I learnt the hard way.
I agree. I stuffed a piece of high density foam under it for now, I have an aluminum support I just got in the mail that I need to install, but I have to remove the motor to turn it in the mount unfortunately, wires are in the way and it supports it too and bottom. And I believe someone is making me 3d printed support shims.
