Today we got the New Traxxas XRT we unbox it and do a first run. This Rig is the lower and wider brother of the Xmaxx which is one of the best bashers. #fivonine #traxxas #rccar
I just love the way u do ur reviews, always right to the point and no drama like other youtubers, keep doing more videos 🤘👍,I'm a fan of ur cinematic shots😁🤘
snow bashing a rc thats main benefit is its flexibility will always cause breakage . just got a special addition xrt black version the other day cant wait to get it out and rip. great video keep em coming ...
Awesome review looks like a great car.. like the v8 style on the motor and clip less body like the TRX4 Bronco so much better than body posts etc. 👍👍 tyres coped well on snow
Hell yeah! I didn’t even know this thing existed! It looks sweet! I sadly don’t run any of my stuff in the winter anymore. Smacked my mini eREVO into the corner of the house just right and had the same type of damages as you.
Time to pull the trigger on one to go along with my XMaxx. First thing I'll do is hot glue those cavities on the front bulkhead for some extra strength and rigidity.
I got a warranty replacement motor and esc for my x-maxx. (First 30 days, cush drive was binding on center diff) The reverse was different i noticed right off and its just like you're saying. Its fine. I can go flat out effortless in reverse now.
These type of trucks are not my sort of thing. I do love Traxxas stuff though. I have 3 TRX-4's. Well built things. This video was well shot. Almost production type footage. Great job and enjoyable to watch. 👍
I knew you were gunna get one ! I got mine also , but I'm not running it in the cold , sitting back and waiting for the fall out of everybody's opinions and problems and upgrades , I see you were at my home away from home , hobby Town , I've known Matt the owner for 30 years and he's been great to me for some strange reason ,,, maybe it's the 22 rc rigs I've purchased there , yep I've been counting for centuries , JEEEEZE I'm old ,,🤣😅
You should 3D scan your replacement parts and find someone who has a 3D Metal printer so you can replace the plastic parts and housings with metal parts. Great RC models and videos !! I have a few NASCAR RC racers myself but that's all. I need to go bigger and start flying.
Awesome review and bad ass test run bro . Got to remember the cold makes plastic brittle 😬 think its a awesome Truggy 👌 really enjoyed this Video, first RC vid ive watched for a while 👍😁👍
Sun, full watch, comment and thumbs up. No matter what other vehicles you have, you absolutely had to choose and could only have the X-MAXX or the XRT,,what would you do?
Beautiful truck but the only thing is no matter what Traxxas Rc I ever bought always broke first run!but you know what they say they all break, but maybe not as much
Hi I don’t know if you reply to comments a while after the video was posted but I’m kind of having trouble putting the pinion on the motor shaft it keeps falling off do you have any tips? thank you.
The part that just broke on your car except for the steering is the exact spot mine broke at and i didnt even do any jumps it just seems like a weakspot on the car
Honestly if you already have the widekit on the xmaxx then I dont think its worth getting the XRT , Xmaxx just sits higher but with the widekit it still corners good....thats just my opinion
Man I'm so jealous, it just disgusts me with the hobby prices up here in Canada. Its literary alienated the average joe from being able to afford any RC. I was pausing the price tags in the hobby shop and a tmaxx classic was 389, that trucks 600 bucks up here. An xrt at 599 on sale is well over 1000 bucks here. I would kill to be able to get soma your prices here. A 4x4 stampede for 300 bucks? U can't get a brushed model even close to 400 here. Ughhhh pisses me right off. The hobby is only for rich people here now. And I make good money and can't afford them. Just disgusting 😭😭
@@subs3964XRT is better but I guess it comes down to how you like how your truck looks, XRT is better for track and bash but Xmaxx just looks mean since it sits high

I still have my latest Rustler from many moons ago. The VLX, with a slight upgrade to handle the 8000mah batteries. A true beast that needs a little TLC now. I had the older stadium 2wd before that. So many years ago. Anyway. Watching these videos make me smile from ear to ear. *Also, I just bought the XRT in blue. I'll have it in 36 hours. :P
That’s why I went with the kraton all metal chassis and metal control arms. I’ve had traxxas they are great but would definitely be a lot better if it wasn’t plastic
Im a newbie on RC but for the price I would expect more aluminum than plastic in this car. Maybe they want to keep customers buying spare parts all time wich i consider part of the bussines, Other than that, it is a great car.
@Leger Vöile aluminum is the last thing you want on a alot of things . It bends , and stays bent . And breaks other things . Plastic is far more resilient when it comes to bashing . Speaking from experience, had a slash all aluminum but the chassis . Damn thing broke bulkhead and and bent something every crash
My Kraton 8S bent the chassis third day with it. Yea it was an insane ramp launch and bad landing, but the cost of a new chassis is crazy. It’s stay bent. Broke one chassis on my X-MAXX and it was less than $30.00 to fix. Plastic is not as flexible/durable in freezing temps.
All made in same factory in China, depending on what name goes on the car that's the price you pay. Traxxas 1,000, Arrma 800, Losi 600, Redcat 400, etc.
Traxxas tuff my ass🤣 ARRMA keep doin y’all thang and don’t be like traxxas copy and pasting other people shhh🤫 also traxxas get some real styling is 2022 not 2008
