Here for your insights! Always love hearing your thoughts about Pablo's lyricism. If you notice, AKALA (perception) is another word play since it's like ALAK (alcohol) jumbled up - just like how our perceptions change (or gets jumbled up) under the influence of alcohol. Also, the one last "shot" could be a double entendre for one last shot of alcohol and/or one last shot at life (to take another chance or opportunity in the hopes that things/outcomes will be better).

One has to read and interpret the lyrics not just once to understand it's meaning. Tagalog words are so rich in meanings, that even me as a pure Tagalog speaking person has to disect the word and the entire message to fully comprehend the exact message. Juice , sounds Diyos (God) Could also refe to juice drink instead of wine, he will drink juice.I could be wrong.onky Pablo knows exactly hehehehe! Wordplays in this song are🔥🔥🔥 Proud HATDOG HERE! Yeah, ALCOHOL CAN NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. I always love the redemption part on PABLO'S songwritings. Juice (sounds like Dyos in tagalog which means GOD) Jusko po (oh my God) So when he sang the part "Maybe this is the answer, juice(Dyos) juice(Dyos) ,oh my God" for me is like a redemption part where Pablo acknowledged God(faith) is the answer to overcome any problem Then he asked for another shot, but this time, just juice, not alcohol.. Thanks for the support as always. There was a part in the song that you guys mentioned and I caught as well, when they sing "Juice, Juice, Jusko po"... as if to just have juice as alternative... it's actually also a play with words... Jusko is the short cut/slang for Dios Ko... which mean, oh my God (pointing to God).... so in this line, the way i read into is that, instead of alcohol, why not Juice, Juice, oh my God as in Why not throw your problems to God to ask for help and strength as well. But also coz Juice is healthier than alcohol. but yes, it is a nice play with words and sound

This song reminds me of the time my friends and I experimented with alcohol the first time. I don't know if it is still true but in the Philippines we never get carded to drink alcohol at bar back then. Long story short.... it was something that my friends and I will laugh about now.

AKALA - ALAK (reverse in tagalog) ALAK - Alcoholic drink AKALA - thought / in essense = I thought alcohol (will solve my problem) and by the way .. SHAT = referered to SHOT (as in drink) and not as pass tense of SH*T, hehe
