TRE-TV REACTS TO - the bts 2025 contract renewal didn't come out of nowhere 

BTS did build this house. Management acknowledge it. Bang PD acknowledges it.

The company 100% does look at it like that. It is FACT that BTS built BigHit from the ground up. Founder Bang Sihyuk has credited them numerous times. You're still veryyy new to this world, so I can't blame you, but I've been following BTS for over 7 years. I saw them build that company. BigHit's group before BTS had a scandal and disbanded, and BTS was the ONLY group for six years. In those six years, they changed everything for that company. BigHit went from having only 25 or so employees in a rented office space with one rented dance room, a company that nearly went bankrupt, and became the BIGGEST entertainment company in the entire country. BigHit built a multistory, massive, 19+ floor building and became a conglomerate called HYBE that has now acquired multiple record labels in Korea, Japan and the USA and has ventures in gaming, live streaming, concert production, merchandising production, etc. with thousands of employees. HYBE only exists because BTS earned them money. And BTS only earned them money because BTS gradually grew ARMY through authentic music and communication. Of course, the company played a part in steering them - Bang Sihyuk is a darn good man. But had Bang put together a group that wasn't BTS, it wouldn't have worked. It was only ever going to be BTS that worked.

When military enlistment time was approaching bts, bts NEVER thought that they should break up. Bts has always said that they want to be a band for a long time, if fact the first contract renewal happened because bts wanted to make more music & do more for their fans, bts know that they can reach even more success, like bts said “the best is yet to come”. After Jin enlisted, bts kept talking about how much they miss each other, how much they miss holding concerts, and how they want it to be 2025 already so i wasn’t surprised when it was announced that bts renewed their contract.

BTS has shares within the company. Bang and the boys truly see each other as family. They move forward as one. They wish to show people how to not forget those that has always been there, and step on people to get ahead. The more you watch and see how Bang supports his artist, you‘ll see how different he moves. Also forget them being artist, remember they have masters to understand how the industry work. These men don't just sign things without looking over every layer of whats expected. We‘ve all become jaded on how we see artist being treated by labels and sucked dry. So I can understand why y’all question it, as one should.

One thing about Bang PD, he made sure they were educated on all processes concerning album creations and promotion scheduling. I think at the end of the day, BTS could take over the management of HYBE, when they get older. They all have degrees in some part of Business and most have a Master's Degree.

There's no way they would breakup. People just jump on the bandwagon

11:37 you actually didn't finish reading RM made a presentation to hybe about not and how it's harmful for the environment hybe had a big investment in nft and they already were promoting it and all but RM stopped them at least for bts other groups and artists can't say anything so bts are the only ones in hybe that don't have nft for their project and mind you one time the CEO made a song for bts comeback and he was excited about it and bts didn't like it and told him to his face that it wasn't good and they rewrote the whole melody themselves the company do whatever bts tells them they have a big voice in their company they are the money makers at the end of the day they build that company ik you said at the beginning that's not what the company thinks and that's wrong too bighit always acknowledge that

bighit is the music label only while hybe is the the complete corporation. bts has shares in the hybe corporation and with hybe bts is still a independent group that needs no outside company or force to interfere, control or abuse them through power and greed.

BTS and Bang PD have always been forward thinking. They already have plans for when they are back together in 2025. Their relationship with Bang PD is long standing and built on trust and reliability. They want to be together until they retire. Why do you think Hype bought the other production company (Scooter Braun’s Ithaca Holdings) and why they have a US location now. Bang PD’s past interview was very insightful. There are plans to develop in the Latino communities with emphasis on education and not just talent. Having a USA base Hybe can have more presence in the music world and more of a voice to ensure everyone is repr😂esented and not just a “few” who can control how songs and ratings can be manipulated. Bang PD changed the South Korean music industry and he now has the ability to go farther and he has ensured BTS has also been trained and have the degrees they need to keep going in this industry beyond performing if they choose. For example, look how well Suga does on doing producing for other people. I am just sharing my opinion, but the steps that have always been taken ensure BTS will always be around and being together first - that is what they want. Second - they are brilliant and family. 5:12 it’s a literal fact that big hit was going bankrupt before bts finally gained recognition/return for the company. They are a MAJOR reason big hit could become what is what it is now.

For Mr. Bang to say, they would release their HYYH Anniversary, no matter if they stayed with the Company or they went somewhere else, is huge to me. How many artists can say, they took their music to a different company? Most times it's if you want to leave, then you can't take it with you, because the Company owns it. We've seen it happen so many times with Western Artists.

BTS and Big Hit/Hybeʻs fortunes have been tied together from the beginning. They were either going to succeed together or fail together. According to their book Big Hit dismissed their other trainees to focus what money they had to debut BTS. They have other groups now but BTS is still, by far, their biggest revenue stream. Hybe has been working hard to become independent of BTS because they canʻt rely on them forever but Iʻm not sure they have achieved that yet. So the company is very much aware that they owe their success to BTS and are also aware that the company could end/decline when BTS finally do leave (whether signing elsewhere or retiring) if they fail to develop sustainable sources of revenue. Shareholders and business analysts are aware of it too.

They are not western artists. They have loyalty and humbled by their beginnings. Once that's understood, we can move forward and support them, always.

Since HYBE has a branch in the US, it’s going to be a game changer imo!!! Now artists have an option better than what has been available in the US for so long.

Sorry y'all wrong on this one...BTS built this empire ..on their backs under BIGHIT entertainment. BTS is the reason HYBE even exist.🤷🏾‍♀️. All this was before there were any other companies/groups under the HYBE umbrella contributing to any growth. Their chairman repeatedly says this. BTS and it's members while the group is on hiatus still account for the majority of profit of HYBE👏🏾 right now today. If and when BTS goes .. hybe will shrink, it will NOT be the powerhouse it is today.. at least that's just what the data shows. I know y'all still learning just how much of an anomaly BTS in the industry and may miss some of the details that show this, but really listen to what she is saying instead of pausing to debate/minimizing the points that she is showing.

There were so many naysayers & people who did not, could not believe 7 men could not only make a promise, but keep that promise. If only many of our leaders, artists, and ourselves took just a little of what BTS has shone to be an extraordinary group and a force to be reckoned with💜

From 2013-2019, so for 6 years, the ONLY artist active under BigHit entertainment was BTS. So, it literally was only BTS that built that company. EVEN NOW with more artists in the company, the total revenue of the company is for over 60% from BTS activities. Another point, about HYBE stocks that BTS has. It's literally the Google or Shell of Korea, their stocks are super stable and rising annually. Only if BTS leaves the label, that's when HYBE collapse. The company will literally lose half of their revenue and I'm sure their stocks would drop like crazy. So you can bet that they're doing everything to please the BTS boys, and listen to what their want and desire.

While I understand your speculation and opinion, to compare it with western artists behavior is the reason why there's confusion and she is explaining in her video essay. I just wish you guys stop speculating without facts. Forming opinions without receipts just doesn't add up.

What they have not said is how long the new contract is. I would be surprised ifor it is another 7 years. I would expect it to be shorter as they will be finished with the military and will be starting to get into relationships etc. I do think it will have scope in there for more solo work and obviously won't be so hectic! I think it will be magic when they comeback!💜

There are arguments in ARMY because they never actually said the word hiatus. I watched the Festa dinner party many times and that word was not used..What Suga said was " We are off season " a journalist twisted that to hiatus and some army twisted it to hiatus. Suga did call out those for saying it and they still say it. Makes me angry.

Love when you react to Boracity videos 💜 those are great and really accurate and informative. I'm so happy we will have BTS for more years and that they are actually getting fair contracts and that they stayed with BigHit and Hybe bc like the video said, it may be bigger companies abroad and stuff but the way they treat their artists is not always the best and even if they secure success in the west signing with those labels, it's really obvious that they have a lot of corrupt promotions like paying for payola which is not legal and yet many cases have been exposed every year. BTS is that rype of artists that you can tell they have a big and loyal fanbase and they will keep succeeding even without radio and the industry support. I love how BigHit donated to the BRS UNICEF campaign to celebrate their renewal contract and army started doing the same and donating to ther places as well 💜
