When the audio/video came out, I wanted a duet between the two... and here they are: Diana and Brandon performed the song 'The Day When You...' at the main New Year's concert on December 17, 2023 at the MTC Live hall. The two voices fit together very well. Diana is becoming more and more beautiful. She looks very elegant and charming in this dress and as always her voice sends shivers of joy through my body. * Brandon Stone (stage name), *1980 in Tbilisi, Georgia. He is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, composer, lyricist and arranger. Brandon is also a professional jazz pianist and a top-notch producer. His musical life began at the age of 3 with piano lessons. In 1997 he began studying jazz pianism at the music academy 'Hans Eisler' in Berlin/ Germany (he lived there with his parents). After twenty years in Germany and a few years in the USA, he now lives in Russia with his wife and two children. Brandon Stone prefers an interesting mix of styles both as a composer and as a singer (jazz/soul/pop). His melodic songs as well as high technique, emotional intensity and honesty of performance, his wonderful voice (3.5 octaves) and charm helped Brandon Stone to become popular in many European countries, America and Commonwealth of Independent States. He sings in Russian, English, German, Spanish, French, Hebrew and Georgian. In addition, I'd like to inform you some technicality about this video. Although I am a huge fan of Diana Ankudinova's talent, she is my favorite artist, and I am in the 0.01% portion of Diana Ankudinova fans statistically (RU-vid Music says that, not me) what I am going to say is going to frustrate crazy fanatics. This performance is not live. This duet is studio produced and both Diana and Brandon lip-synced in this one. 1) NTV TV channel puts a label like "live singing" if the singing is really live. We don't see that label in this video. (They don't put that label in "Masked Singer" because that's not live either, because singers can't sing properly under those masks 2) Diana's singing parts are 100% identical to the solo studio version of this song. I have listened to that song maybe 1000 times and I also analyzed second-by-second only to see that this is a lip-sync. 3) For crazy fanatics who are going to say: "Diana never lip syncs" well she lip synced in 3.1) Tajikistan anniversary event 3.2) 300th anniversary of prosecutors concert (The one in the grand stage, in a smaller stage she sang live) 3.3) Masked Singer, as I mentioned before. Most probably the format of this show dictated lip-syncing. Diana herself can sing this song solo wonderfully.
