She filed an emergency motion to gain custody and family court judge said there wasn't reason to believe the child was in harms way with the dad.

It’s obviously a private gym in a condominium or apartment building. Most of those places are usually unattended and have no one working in them as they are for residents only. Regular gyms would never allow this
