Early Colonial Home Site!! The Flowers were a dead giveaway. Daffodils don't randomly grow in the woods. If you see a flower patch you'll probably find an Iron Patch as well. This day we were invited to a friends hunting property where he knew an Old Colonial House once stood. The flowers gave it away. John is new into the hobby and Invited us to help him with his machine and do some metal detecting. Unfortunately this site had already been pounded by the locals over the years, BUT that didn't stop us from finding some incredible old treasures! Everything from Early Silver Coins to RARE Military Buttons!!
