Here's a simple recipe for banana oats pancakes:
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs1/2 cup milk (or any dairy-free alternative)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Optional: a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions:
Blend the oats in a blender until they become fine flour.
Add the bananas, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend until smooth.
