What is Anxiety?
All diseases are contacted due to the psychological and emotional disorder, and these diseases can be cured. @@cutie__kitten Reduce negative thoughts. Quite simple. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly they will reduce and relax the mind. No deep inhalation-exhalation or breath counting needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Be as still as possible as it reduces negative thoughts. @@sadhnamanwani922 I tried so many things in life and nothing worked. I was in germany and the doctors worsened by disease by prescribing high dosage medicines. Many other doctors also did the same,they worsened my disease by prescribing lithium,ECT, Bendodiazepines and many more. Finally i got cured by combining allopathi with ayurveda . Now i got rid of the allopathy and I am only on ayurveda. I dont feel scared,anxious like i did before. If you cant come to kerala, then i dont know what will work for you.May be you should find a good psychiatrist that has good reviews on google and consult him in your place.Anxiety is very disabling disease.If you can come to kottakkal ayurvedic mental hospital and get admited there for 45 days, i think it will help you.It worked for me.Or you can try homeopathy.

For all people who fear from death, like heart attack or any other type of anxiety. Then you can fix it in 10 days. I suffer this almost 1year ago after watching movie mountain between us. First I think I really have this problem and it increases day by day. It reach it extreme level and I'm not able to sleep it night. When I visit hospital they say to me you have psychological problem but I don't believe in it because I feel it physically. My father is police man, with reference he do my all test include heart test. All test was normal. After this I realize I have no problem, it's just my mind. But when anxiety start I start losing control on my mind. After some hard days I start fighting against my mind. When anxiety start I never respond mean when my mind say heart attack is coming I never try to stop it because then I know it's just a fake signal. Day by day it's start reducing. Bad thought will be coming but never fear it because it's fake. If you have no problem physically and your mind just send fake signal then their is no point of fear. I know you can control because I control it. If I can control it you can also control it. Sorry for bad English. I really want you all be fine soon because it's really bad thing. Lov From Pakistan.

Depression/ Anxiety can be Genetic or circumstantial. vitamin Zinc, Magnesium and D Vitamin help. Take them with Food. Try not to drink Alcohol. It can make it worse unless you can limit it to 2 Drinks.

For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly they will reduce and relax the mind. No deep inhalation-exhalation or breath counting needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Be as still as possible as it reduces negative thoughts.
