Even if you have to use force, watch AtLeast one or two motivational video about studies. Search on RU-vid. Those will divert your attention from ff and secondly they hold some kind of magic. You will automatically feel that fire inside of you to get up and study. -Put a lock on RU-vid. I think it's found in digital wellbeing or somewhere in settings where you can set the time on how long you can use a specific app before you will get locked out of it. -I don't know if this feature is found in every android but here in Samsung there's a feature called "modes" you can set particular modes for example for study you can exclude the apps you will be using for your studies such as Google or your documents if you have any in your android. Other than that all of the other apps are locked, you can not open any of them.

Hey! I have an idea that might help you balance studying and watching ffs. How about setting a goal for yourself? For instance, decide on completing a specific number of topics or chapters before rewarding yourself with a ff. This way, you can stay focused on your studies and still enjoy your favorite videos.
