So I have a few questions: how long do these treehouses last? Can they last as long as an actual house or do they deteriorate faster? What happens to the house if the tree dies and begins to rot away?

Tree house very nice

At first it may seem stupid, but just analyze: the most important things in a tree house are invisibility and security. This house is very beautiful for a video in YT but it does not have these two requirements. The ladder should be retractable (up, of course) and the house should be, as far as possible, hidden by the foliage of the tree(s). Obs.: the bottom floor of the house should be at least 6 meters (20 feet) high from the ground.

Amazing, I wish can I have a tree house

Great treehouse, much better than mine but I cant help but wonder why the stairs always jet out away from the house, they look like a long leg hanging out. I wrapped my stairs closer to the treehouse itself like a scaffolding (not spiral). On mine, you step into the stairs on a top landing with the stairs (8) paralleling down the treehouse to another landing, then turn in under the treehouse parallel ing(6) stairs to another landing, then down (12) stairs paralleling those stairs to the patio decking that is also around the tree. The entire stair well is 6ft.X8ft. from ground to 2nd landing, then 32inches by 8 steps up to the tree house.

So you basically pierced the tree core (@3:38), each at least in two spots in order to secure the structure. Wouldn't that damage the tree? Disrupt the flow of nutrients and shit inside of the living core!? I am assuming I might be wrong about that. Please explain this part.
