How do you know if a particular tree will help you or not?

Snuggle up to the trunk and close your eyes. For a moment distract from all problems, relax. Enjoy the sensations that you had at that moment. Imagine that you are connected with this tree by an inextricable chain. Feel its warmth and goodness! After talking with the tree, be sure to thank him!
Donor trees (their energy is considered positive):
oak, birch, pine, cedar, maple, acacia, mountain ash, apple tree, ash, linden.
The most powerful source of bioenergy in the spring are fruit trees in bloom. In winter, bioenergy reserves of donor trees decrease, but do not completely disappear.
Consumer trees (the bioenergy of these trees is considered negative):
aspen, poplar, spruce, fir, juniper, bird cherry, willow, alder, chestnut, all fast-growing trees and climbing plants.
Aspen, willow and poplar calm, give clarity of thinking, a sense of perspective. However, if you walk for a long time in the aspen forest, you will quickly feel tired.
