TREMENDOUS 45km SOARING in the Oô Valley with the NOVA ION 6 

This is my first visit to the Oô Valley 🏔, very close to Bagneres de Luchon.
It is also my first real Soaring, the longest I have done so far.
The flight lasted 1h and 30 minutes and I flew 45 km in total.
This valley is known for the possibilities it has for soaring 🪂 once the valley breeze sets in 🌬.
This site is a good alternative when the wind in Luchon is very strong.
After a climb on foot 😅 you reach the 400m takeoff, which is small but very well facing the wind.
It is a beautiful and easy place to fly.
The landing is not very complicated but you have to be careful with the trees 🌳 in final❗️.
If you go too far (as an emergency) you can land on the soccer field below.
