No Other Plumbers Will Come Here Anymore. Greasy Drain. 

Today I had to go to a big box store and snake out a trench drain behind the chicken ovens. This is an ongoing issue with these locations. And the drain is supposed to have a basket inside, but they keep taking it out. And all the garbage goes down, clogs up the p. Trap, and then eventually will stop draining.
