FYI, if you plan to paint Styrofoam before finishing your decorating, be sure to cover the Styrofoam with newspaper or paper towel preferably dipped into water down glue and wrapped onto the Styrofoam. If you spray paint directly onto Styrofoam it melts.

if you use low temp glue it won't melt. I have done this many times, hi temp absolutely but low temp won't melt it.
