They have been around since 1965 and produce outstanding alumni that go on to do great things in the world. A notable alumni is everyone's favorite College GameDay analyst Lee Corso.

i remember my freshman year (2020-2021) and their houses looked like they were in ruins. holes in the walls, garbage piled onto the street, broken bottles lining the sidewalk. oh, speaking of that, you ran the risk of getting beer bottles thrown at you whenever you walked underneath their balconies. walking past this frat to get to cvs was never pleasant it was so nasty.

When you're in college this shit seems like a big deal, but now as someone in their upper-30s I realize they're all just kids who have no fucking clue what it's like to live in the real world. Having said that, they tend to grasp onto these memories until death, as evident by all the old geezers who can't stop talking about their glory days in a fraternity.

Share Music them. Being in a frat is expensive. The dues can vary from $1,500-2,500 a semester i think.

Dues on my campus range from $350-500 a semester. With 50-80 members it helps pay for the events on and off campus, retreats, leadership opportunities, and housing situations depending on the fraternity.
