I pledged there fall of '83, and the house is exactly the same. We filled the main room to the right and the dining room with sand for a party, then cleaned it out the next day. Fun times!

I think they are somewhat haha. It depends on the character of the fraternity and if they strike a good balance between working hard and not taking themselves too seriously. I think the guy shooting an 8 ball in on camera and the dude talking on the phone on his elbows are good examples
