TRENDING ROSE MILK CAKE RECIPE | EGGLESS TRES LECHES ROSE MILK CAKE | WITHOUT OVEN
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
½ CUP YOGURT
¼ CUP OIL
MIX
1 & ¼ CUP FLOUR / MAIDA
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
¾ CUP POWDER SUGAR
½ CUP MILK (MIX GRADUALLY)
½ TSP ROSE EXTRACT
4-5 DROPS PINK FOOD COLOR
MIX WELL
BRUSH OIL IN MOULD
PLACE A BAKING PAPER
POUR THE BATTER
PLACE A CURRY PAN
PRE HEAT FOR 5-7 MIN.
-COOK IN LOW MID HEAT FOR 30-35 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
REMOVE THE BAKING PAPER
PLACE AGAIN IN MOULD
½ CUP MILK
¼ CUP CONDENSED MILK
2-3 DROPS PINK FOOD COLOR
PRICK THE CAKE
POUR THE MILK MIXTURE
KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 20-30 MIN.
1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
BEAT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS
POUR A THICK LAYER OF CREAM
CHOPPED PISTACHIO
DRY ROSE PETAL
CUT INTO PIECES

Thanks for the wonderful recipe 💐I baked the cake as per your video & it came out very well. Instead of using the food color, I used Roohafza.. Only I had one issue, the amul cream which I used was not getting thick, so the top was kind of watery😞

Hi..your baking is so perfect...can you do a vedio on measuring cups ..and when I bake cake on gas pan as you shown in vedio...top layer doesn't trun brown... thank you for posting awesome baking recipes..💕🙂

When u baking in the oven only u will get top layer brown.In the pan u dont get enough heat at the top layer

I have seen same kinda recipes on 5 cooking channels. A channel named with Spice and flavours had posted the same recipe , one week ago. Mango flavour, rose flavour , kesar doodh...Etc..Etc. Pathetic copycats all around!!!! #Trending_recipes_my_foot
